Simon Mackie

Managing Editor

Simon is responsible for commissioning new books for SitePoint, as well as managing the writing and editing processes.

After graduating from the University of Birmingham, UK, with a Masters of Science in Integrated Management Systems, Simon worked as a Technical Editor and Commissioning Editor at Wrox Press and glasshaus, where he was responsible for such titles as “XSLT Programmer’s Reference” and “Dreamweaver MX: PHP Web Development”.

Simon recently moved to Australia from the UK to take up the challenge of expanding SitePoint’s book business.
