Network specializes in recruiting for contact centers (call centers). There are two parts to this project: the timesheet management system for their contractors, and a publicly accessible front-end, where useful information can be published.
The concept design for this project was quite a hurdle due the ever-changing requirements. Obviously our other clients, who have all approved the first concepts, have spoiled us!
The timesheet management system has successfully automated the lodgment, approval and integration processes with Network's office business systems, and has created real productivity and efficiency gains for the business.
